Best. Hangover. Prevention. Method. Ever.

How about not drinking so much that you become dehydrated.

Sorry I forgot what group (not a shot JJ) I was addressing laugh

FACT: Pigs can become alcoholics.

well, seeing as most babies poo themselves overnight, not advice i'm likely to follow sick

alternativley, for every alcoholic beverage consumed, follow it with a glass of water before your next alcoholic beverage

I was thinking the same thing. After a night of heavy drinking I sleep like a baby too -- I get-up every couple of hours to wet myself or puke.

At my seasoned age, I find it takes me a bit longer to recover from a night of binge drinking. Like the whole next day. You can't hydrate too much during this form of adult entertainment.

I have both now. I have had the migraines all my life and developed very bad allergies to almost everything when I moved to Chicago about 12 years ago. I am even allergic to my own sweat. Doctors have tried for years to help with no good results until just this year some promising results are happening.

I had a sleep study done and it seems I suffer from sleep apnea, which is strange as I do not snore. But my oxygen levels in my blood where low and I was waking up from my resting sleep 15 times an hour. As the doctors now know it is during sleep that the human body fixes and heals itself the most. But you have to sleep for hours straight uninterrupted for that healing to take place. I have a C-PAP machine now for 2 weeks and have had only 2 migraines in that time and my allergies symptoms are much lower as well.

They are hoping the longer I am getting resting sleep on the machine the more my body will be able to deal with the allergies and lower the amount of migraines I will have at the same time. (For me my migraines are rarely brought on by my allergies)

Thank you for sharing this. I'm going to copy and paste it in an email to my daughter who, like you, has had migraines and now has allergies too. My husband uses a C-Pap so maybe my daughter needs to have a sleep study done too. The allergy testing she had two weeks ago showed virtually no recognized allergies.
