I just got an email from our documentation vendor about purchasing the new CFPB Settlement booklets. Has anyone else seen these? The price I am getting is 25 for $50? Anyone else seen less expensive ones? Thank you.

CFPB has them for something like $1.44 each...or you can print your own from the website.

Funny, i just talked with our processor who orders such things and she ordered some for $1.50 a piece.

Just for accuracy's sake; i just got an email with the order details and with shipping, handling, and taxes included, we're paying right around $1.23 per booklet.

The government bookstore is selling the small version for $144.00 per 100. Here is the address:

Just to try it out, I printed a few on my small color inkjet printer. They came out pretty nice, and I think it's quite a bit cheaper than the prices I've seen quoted.

Has anyone read that they must be in color or is a black & white version acceptable (if we were to direct print from the website)? Haven't seen any clarification.

Our real estate supervisor just told me she got them from Wolters Kluwer for $105.19 per 100, in case anyone wants to purchase them.

Small version is $144 for 100, large is $122 for 100. Funny, they use more paper and charge less. I guess they really dig those ridiculously large books!
