We are an independently owned community bank. I've recently had a customer request a list of our Directors. My belief would be that this list is not required to be public knowledge due to the fact that we are privately owned. Am I correct? Additionally, what would your opinion be on providing that information?

There is nothing in the Community Reinvestment Act that would require such disclosure. This would be purely a bank decision re what is the risk if any of providing the list and what is the risk of not providing.
