Anyone know if this VA nearest living relative form can be completed by e-signature if the borrower has given e-consent? I know it seems simple enough but I am not familiar with VA loans in general and didn't want to make an assumption. Any help would be great even if it is to point me in the right direction of where to get the answer.

After a little research the answer is no. This form still requires a wet signature from the borrower. Thanks me.

Correcting myself in case anyone ever needs this. The wet signature is due to an investor requirement. I checked directly with the VA and the VA does not require a wet signature.
