Consumer credit transaction, funds to be used to consolidate personal debt. The loan will be secured by the home of the borrowers parent. TRID and ATR apply. We obtain application on the borrower and provide the required LE, CD etc. I am not sure how we incorporate the name of the collateral owner. This person is not a co-borrower or signer. Any advise? Thank you for any help!

Primary dwelling of the borrower's parent? They would then have a RofR and would be a consumer and be listed on the CD. Since the parent(s) are not applicants, they would not appear on the LE.

Debt consolidation loan to kid secured by parent's home. Not a good PR opportunity here in the set-up.
