If a customer has a deposit account, and they opened another deposit or loan account, is that considered customer contact and hence the customer last contact date and last activity date would need to be updated on both accounts? Where can I find the regulatory cite for this?

That's what I thought. I didn't know if the definition of "contact" was more standardized? We are in NY State.
