ChexSystems Consumer Relations is responsible for handling consumer file disclosure requests, disputes, reinvestigations and other consumer facing activities required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
You must take the necessary actions to update this address on Adverse Action Notices to ensure that consumers are provided up to date information on how to contact ChexSystems to take advantage of their rights under the FCRA.
