We changed some fees to reflect actual cost. I don't believe these changes require 30 day advance notice to account holders but I want to make sure. Do any of these require 30 day advance notice?

Increased Safe Deposit box drilling fee
Increased collection item fees for oil lease drafts, foreign items, etc.
Added fee for international wire tracing or cancellation

You should be fine. Reg DD https://www.bankersonline.com/regulations/12-1030-005 requires advance notice and refers you to fees described here, https://www.bankersonline.com/regulations/12-1030-004 which do not appear to meet your brief descriptions. And you're not in Reg E territory.
