Does anyone know what the state required disclosures are for Mortgage brokers in Oregon State. I couldn't find it anywhere, and I haven't heard anything back from the state when I tried to contact them.

Start by looking in Ore. Rev. Stat. § 86.255 and Ore. Rev. Stat. § 86.245. I think the only special disclosures are if escrow is required or not. Hope this helps!
