My HS mascot: Bulldogs (ick)
My UofD mascot: The Fighting Blue Hens (how lame)
NJ Animal: The Horse (this at least is OK)

My HS mascot: Trojans (Great mascot, but very open to "trojan man" condom jokes  ) UTD mascot: Comets (This one is pretty bad... And to make it worse, the specific name for our comet mascot was "Temoc"- Comet spelled backwards) -=ThePaul=-

hs: the mountaineers (though there we NO mountains in the middle of farm land.)
college: the nittany lions (our actual mascot may be the WORST mascot in college sports today. it looks like something done by me in my middle school home ec class)

I grew up in a border town with Mexico. My high school--Burges High--mascot was a Mustang--reared up on his back legs. My dad and brother referred to us as the "Burges Burros".  I did not have a sense of humor about it back then.  Now I get a kick out of remembering them teasing me about it.

I might as well post the rest of what that website said too - State bird: bluebird State reptile: None State Amphibian: snapping turtle State Insect: Pink Spotted Ladybug State Fish: Brook Trout State Saltwater Fish (I'm glad they distinguish between fish ): Striped Bass

College - Hoosiers (don't ask me--lived in Indiana my whole life and still don't know what one is)
State animal - couldn't think what it would be, confirmed on the website someone gave that we don't even have one! All we have is a state bird (Northern Cardinal)

Cool, I'm from that same town.
I went to Irvin High- home of the Rockets. We had a big missle out in the front of the school, given by the missle range, painted red white and blue.
I remember football games against your Mustangs, but our biggest rival was the Andress Eagles.

College: the Aztecs (yeah, we went through the whole unfair to indians thing liek every other school. our old mascot used to be Monty Montezuma...now they made him more pc and it's an eagle warrior, but a lot of us still like to call him Monty)

Grade school (Yes, grade school!) - Symphony High School - Hornets College - Torch Bearers State animal - Badger State bird - Robin State flower - not sure, think it is the Trilium State beverage - Milk (or beer, depends who you ask!) Oh, and we have a state rock, state soil, and who knows other stuff. We get a little carried away with that State Pride thing.
