Could anyone tell me what software you use for the annual history and projected escrow statements? We use ARTA lending to complete the initial escrow statement and then sell the loans on the secondary market. We are going to start retaining some of the servicing rights, so I will need to complete the 2 additional disclosures in the future. Thanks!!
