Meaning, if the Board approved Betty as the Security Officer in Feb 2007 does it have to approve Betty again in Feb 2008? - No, it does not.

The BOD re-approves our Security Policy each year. In the policy it states who is appointed the Security Officer. There is a security report that goes to the BOD on a semi-annual basis. That's what we do and it covers the bases.
