Corporate name changes

Question:
Can a corporation change its name?
Answer:

Yes, a corporation can change its name without having to shut down and re-incorporate. If the corporation provides your bank the appropriate legal documentation of its name change, you’ll need to re-style its accounts to reflect the new name and know how to handle checks payable to the old corporate name.
