Personally, I can't see a good examiner getting upset at either. But technically the new notice, premature as it is, is the required notice. You don't have to be exactly as the sample, however. Hence you can tweak it.
If I was going to post the old or the new, you can't be faulted for using the new even if it is incorrect. You could get into an argument over using the old, however. I know it doesn't make sense. Its just the reg.
