My husband pronounces the word "crayons" like "crowns." Drives me crazy. Thankfully, our son is now old enough that we don't use the word much anymore! My daughter say I do that too. The way they say and the way I do sounds the same to me. I hate it when people say "Warshington"

don't know if this is regional or not, but I cannot get used to Texans saying vehicle, where the stress is on the second syllable and the "h" is not silent....
that only works with vehicular...
