Drives me crazy to see people eating fries/nachos/whatever while they bowl. If you think about, that's basically the same as licking the ball...  That makes me wanna throw up just a little bit.

I halved the sprouts, browned up small cubes of speck in olive oil. Remove speck when crispy. Sautee the onions in the same pan, add the sprouts until they brown a bit adn are tender. Served sprinkled with the crispy speck.  Add some black pepper.

Tomorrow's my Friday, so I had to let you know 50 years ago today the great escape from Alcatraz was attempted. I think they made it and are living in the woods.
