Will there be a giant butter cow? I hear that is all the rage at state fairs... Don't even act like any other fair can rock a butter cow like Iowa! I'll cut you. It is one of the 1000 places to visit before you die...per the best-selling travel book. Or so I've been told.

Minnesota's State Fair is in full swing. Will probably go down as the warmest on record. We are the 2nd largest state fair in the country, only Texas has us beat. Forget butter cows, we carve busts of Princess Kay of the Milky Way and her court(state fair royalty)into butter.

They actually introduced cocoa cheese curds this year (cheese curds with cocoa powder under the breading. Looking forward to trying those.)
