I hope I'm not posting this twice...the usual Friday computer problems.

I have read the E-sign act as it relates to consumer accounts/loans but what about commercial accounts? We are thinking about offering e-statements for our sweep accounts to commercial customers only. I have been unable to find a regulation or source or anything that would give me direction on how to handle this. Any suggestions?

Parts of E-Sign apply to commercial accounts as well as consumer. We tend to focus on the consumer disclosures, but there is more meat here. There are specific attributes for consumer only, but commercial adoption has exceeded consumer usage of e-contracts and agreements.
