OK as the new Security Officer at my bank I have been asked to create a new Incidence Response Program as the FDIC noted in a suggestion at our last review that our policy was good but our current program is lacking.

I was hoping a few people might share their banks response program, not policy, with us so we could improve or replace the program we have now.

Thank you very much for your help

Are they referring more from a Security standpoint or from a Business Continuity standpoint?

Good question, we believe it is more from the Business Continuity side.

Based on your response I would say they are looking for information like timelines to get systems back up and running, internet banking those sort of items.
