I have been trolling through the Chexsystems User Guide and I cannot locate an answer to my question. Perhaps someone on this forum knows.
Recently we had an attempted fraud by a new customer and we are preparing training based on his efunds report.
The question I'm wanting to have answered is this: if the address match line reads 'Fail', does that roll up and cause the ID match to read 'Fail' also, or is the ID match line a separate verification test?
