Can anyone direct me where to find the actual regulation requiring the bank have its EEO statement signed by an executive officer and posted? I have hit the OFCCP site and can't seem to locate the information. We are questioning our practice of getting our CEO to sign this each year and then redistributing copies of it to all of our branch and office facilities.

I'd appreciate any guidance provided.

Never heard of it - State law maybe? If you are required to file a EEO-1 form that is required to be signed. But that is not a public document.
