We had a customer that purchased a cashier's check for $23,000. They used $18,000 in cash and we took the other $5000 out of their savings account to fund the purchase. Do we need to list the savings account number in addition to the cashier's check account number on line 21 or just the cashier's check account number? Since the savings debit wasn't cash, we just used the $18,000 for the dollar amount on the CTR. Thank you.

Leave the savings account out of the CTR.
