Many years ago I was fortunate to be able to attend an ABA Banking School in Georgia. It was AMAZING. In one of the sessions they played a video with a cartoon character that showed how a bill was introduced, how it was enacted into law, and I think how bank regulators then wrote regulations to implement the requirements of the law. In trying to explain to a new employee in the compliance area why Regulation H is where you find information on the Bank Protection Act I was reminded of this video. I have not been successful in finding it via a google search. Its possible my memory is faulty as I attended the school in 2005. I'd love to share it with my team if anyone has the link they could share! Thank you
