Hello everyone!

I'm attempting to find out what states allow HELOCs to be originated by banks that fall under the OTS. I've been looking around online for a while now with no luck, not even the OTS website. HELP! Thanks in advance.

I believe that Texas was the last hold-out, but you can even do them there now - although it is not easy. I'm not aware of any other States that outright prohibit them.
