Several of our banks have customers who have recently contracted with Brinks or Loomis to deliver their deposits to the bank. Additionally, Brinks or Loomis also picks up their cash orders from the bank and delivers to their business. While these businesses have contracts and agreements with Brinks or Loomis for this service, we feel the bank needs an agreement with the business as well acknowledging this service. While the customer signs a check or debit for the cash, we are actually giving the cash to a carrier for delivery. Does anyone out there have such an agreement and procedures that you would be willing to share with me?
