If setting up an agreement form regarding sweep accounts and using the savings account as an overdraft protection, is it necessary to state reg "d" disclosures, since Savings accounts are subject to reg "d"? Please advice.

I would think that the reg D disclosures would have to have been given at the time the savings account was opened.
