Sorry this took so long, you probably have the answer by now. Wyoming state law only requires that the mortgage read exactly as the title to the property reads. If the title reads John and Jane Doe, husband and wife - then the mortgage should read that. If the title says John and Jane Doe, joint tenants with right of survivorship - that is how the mortgage should read. Hope this answers the question.
