Anyone else watch the first couple episodes? I am completely hooked. Very interesting concept, and it is interesting seeing how they are coming together.

So far I like it. Sincs I can't catch Lost on Wed. I am hoping this can be my replacment.

I think the show is awesome. Too many commercials on Monday's episode (although I think I was spoiled from the first episode). I like how some of the "powers" are not clearly defined yet. Probably the best way to show 'normal' people with super powers since Unbreakable.

Second episode (actually should be considered Part II of the pilot, since they were filmed at the same time and meant to be one two-hour block) seemed much better than the premiere. But maybe that's 'cuz I'm a fan of Greg Grunberg, who's out there representin' for chunky dudes.

I still can't figure out the one girls power, but I am pretty sure that I don't want to make her reflection mad!

Funny you say that, RN. My wife kept calling him Weiss last night.....

I am enjoying this show so far. There are some great actors on the show and I can't wait to see what happens when they completely understand their abilities. It's funny that you mention Unbreakable SB, my husband mentioned that movie when I was explaining this show to him.

Good show so far, I like original concepts, and loved the movie unbreakable.

The girl with the odd reflection, I'm guessing she has some kind of Dr. Jeckly -- Mr. Hyde thing going on.

Another fan here! I have been impressed with a few of NBC's new shows this season (including Studio 60 and Friday Night Lights), but Heroes really has me intrigued.

Going round and round
Count me in - was really looking forward to this show and it hasn't disappointed me so far.

I love the irony that the girl who knows the most about her powers is the daughter of the bad guy.

Can't wait to see where they take this.

I wonder if "the bad guy" and Sylar (freezing people and sawing off heads) are one and the same....

I don't think that he would hesitate do "stop" his daughter if he has to, it'll be great to see that play out.

I wouldn't say I'm hooked, but close to it on Heroes. It will be interesting to see where they take it and how long a show like this can stay interesting. Before the first episode, I pictured it becoming a moden "real life" version of the Super Friends.

Speaking of Studio 60, I am hooked on that one. I enjoy the fast pace and arrogance of it. The cast is perfect.

I couldn't stand Friday Night Lights. Someone needs to teach the director how to use a tripod! It almost made me sick watching it.

I was hooked after the first episode. I just hope this isn't one of those shows that doesn't get many viewers and gets cancelled before we can figure out what is going on.

This show is great. It started a bit slow, but that's because it has been all about introducing characters. I do agree that this is one of the best things to happen to the Superhero genre since Unbreakable.

I do think Sylar is the dad.

I doubt that would happen. Worst case is that Sci-Fi would pick it up. I'm pretty sure they are showing reruns on the weekends.

They just announced yesterday that it's the 2nd highest rated new show with the 18-49 demographic, and picked it up for the second half of the year (a full season).

So I guess a lot of people feel the same way you guys do.
I'll have to catch up this weekend...

However, the storyline with the Flying Burrito Brothers does nothing at all for me. Pretty weak stuff.

I refuse to watch this show at its normal time. Thankfully there is DVR and I can skip the 100s of commercials. (is it just me, or is there a lot?)

The last episode was pretty graphic with the cheerleader...

I just love the Japanese guy! He cracks me up.

I am excited to see next weeks and see what the Cheerleader does.

So far I think the Cop has the worst. I wouldn't like knowing what everone else is thinking.

Anything exciting happen in the first half of the show? I like the Japanese guy too. That comic book thing is pretty cool. I would like one of those from time to time.

I love this show too. Japanese guy is my favorite "No, we have to take a car. And not just any car - this car." Weird how a comic book guides his life. Like when he knew he was required to save the girl's life and time stood still so he could.

Concerning the Japanese guy following the comic book storyline, is it a good thing to try to follow what happens in the comic book? Would the the van have almost hit the girl if the guy had not tried to stop it? It looked like the van swerved. The storyline seems to be headed toward New York getting nuked. Should they try to deviate from the comic in order to change the future? Should I get a life and not read too much into this show?

Don't worry Dazed, he came to the end of the comic book. It ended with a to be continued... with them heading towards Vegas and not giving him any help. I doubt he'll try to go to the future to get a new comic.

Lets see...the most exciting part of the show was when the Indian man and his sidekick found the key to Sylas' apartment. They went and looked around and found some odd stuff.
