I have a 'remote' drive-up system - in the past we've put notices in the drive tellers windows, but I don't have that and I'm trying to remember what I need....and all I can think of is FDIC...is that all?

If I remember correctly, you'll probably need the funds availability verbiage.

I'm not sure it is either, as our receipts state that deposits are subject to...... I'm thinking it may just be the FDIC, but since it's a remote location and I have to get a custom made sign, I'm hoping I get it right the first time.

What type of drive-up remote system is this? The type of signage required will vary depending upon services available. Is this like an ATM that accepts deposits? If so, Reg CC does require a statement that funds may not be available for immediate withdrawal.

An abbreviated notice is required on ATMs but not at drive-through lanes or night depositories. See Commentary to "229.18(b) Locations Where Employees Accept Consumer Deposits."

This is a remote drive up - - - it's a carrier system, but via camera only and mike system only. Customers see a monitor and a block wall.....so it's deposit, payments, and cashed checks
