Has anyone had experience dealing with this type of business? They factor (Cash Checks) payable to companies, LLC's, etc.BUT not individuals. We are in New York and they are not a licensed check casher nor are they registered as MSB's.
If anyone has any background in this type of business I would appreciate some info.
