Does anyone have a model internet banking contract?
Is it necessary to use one or just a security procedure?

Help! Does anyone use an internet banking contract? I currently do not. I've been told that since Reg E doesn't apply to business accounts, that I need to have a contract to address UCC4A. I don't understand.........

UCC 4A relates to funds transfers.

It is normal to have account agreements for business customers where they agree to adopt certain security measures etc. This is common for wire agreements, internet banking agreements, etc.

Do you have a business banking agreement? Perhaps it is already included there.

You can review UCC4A here.

What is my best reference to determine if a business internet banking agreement requires written disclosure, e-sign, mail, etc?We are changing the agreement/contract terms (better defining customer liability) and would like to only post it on Bus Inet Bkg website and not mail thousands, if at all possible. Thanks in advance.
