If our name and logo appears on an ATM machine that belongs to a business with an existing relationship with my bank, are we liable for any disputes/concerns related to that ATM?

The ATM belongs to a check casher business whose office is located inside of a supermarket where my bank also has a branch. we pay this business a fee for letting our customers use the ATM at no cost and we advertise the ATM as ours; all of that is being documented in a written agreement between the check casher and my bank.

Should I have them remove our name from the ATM machine?

Look at it this way - When the check casher is convicted of laundering money through his ATM, who from your bank is going to volunteer to face the press corp???
