Should have posted this question here instead of Marketing:

When we run an ad in the paper and have a statement such as the following: "We invite our customers to come by" isn't there something in the law that will prohibit us from just inviting our customers. In other words don't we have to include for everyone if we are giving away something??
I need the statute if possible.

Normally, when you offer something exclusively to existing customers, lottery rules get in the way. I can't seem to post any of those Federal links for you as it appears the websites are currently 'non-functioning'. wink

Here is GA-specific info that might help you wade through notice requirements, posting of odds, etc.

ps...good luck with that! I wouldn't want to work up one of these disclosures.
