Our marketing department would like to put an ad/article in our monthly customer newsletter that is mailed with monthly statements about annuity products.

Assuming the NDIP disclosures are present, is it permissible to quote current annuity rates in the newsletter?

Who's annuity products are these? I would imagine that their legal department would want to review any advertising materials that are disbursed.

Marketing has requested advertising material directly from the company...haven't received anything back yet. Just wanting to clarify if specific rates are allowed to be published in the customer newsletter. Thanks!
