I am completing a CTR for a cashier's check purchase where 5 people contributed funds to the purchase. Four of the transactors brought cash, while one wrote a check off of his account with us.

Cashier's Check for 31309.00
Transactor 1 contrinuted 10m via check off of his account--no cash
Transactor 2 brought 10m in cash
Transactor 3 brought 4m in cash
Transactor 4 brought 4m in cash
Transactor 5 brought 4m in cash

All 5 transactors went in to the branch manager's office and requested the cashier's check. She gave change but I will figure out that part later. This was done as one transaction.

On the CTR, do I complete line 21 with the total cash in (21309.00) for each transactor? Or do I itemize how much each contributed? I am confused since there is on ly 1 cash in ticket and one transaction.
