Is there any reason to, or not to, include the ATM cut-off time on the Funds Availability screen? I would prefer to keep the screen language as close to the C-19 model language as possible, but it has been suggested that this screen is the perfect place to tell customers that they must deposit funds by xxpm in order for the deposit to post on today's business date. Then go on with the "Funds will generally be available by....longer delays may apply...see our funds availability policy for details..."

It is purely the bank's preference. It is not required to reiterate your actual cut-off time that you have in the Funds Availability Disclosure.
