Can you use a Change In Terms Agreement to change the payment dates on a commercial loan. We just completed a modification and now they want the date the payment is due changed. Are there any disclosures that apply in this situation?

We would have a small piece of paper signed by a borrower requesting a date change from__ and to__ signed along with the interest payment to that date if accruals were an issue.

A Change In Terms Agreement should work fine. As Andy wrote, it would be best to collect interest to date too.
