I am reporting a home improvement loan for a bank employee's daughter...the bank employee (mother) is also on the loan. Do I report just the daughters income or do I put Emp/NA for the mothers? The mother is the co-app....

It's your option to either report the GAI that your bank relied on or to report NA since one of the borrowers is an employee. The option to report NA doesn't mention ALL of the borrowers having to be employees, so i interpret that to mean if any employee is a borrower, i report NA.
