Cedar Rapids, IA,
loan is to close 2/15. property tax payment is due by 3/31. loan's first payment is due 4/1. The funds to pay the 3/12 taxes will be funded with the loan. I know the funds don't go in the escrow account but on which line do they go on the HUD?
