Before all the changes, annual property taxes were listed on the HUD-1 as POC, and the name of the county the taxes were paid to was listed also. I'm not seeing where this is necessary anymore. I'd like to know how others are handling annual property taxes when not escrowed but required to be paid before or at closing. Thanks
