Is a ROR required for a construction loan with out a permanent on primary residence. It is being taken out to do a remodel project on same said home by the homeowners. I am saying yes since it isn't a true business loan. Can anyone help clarify this for compliance issues. What about the Early TIL and GFE, required on this one? Any help would be appreciated.

This confuses me, why would it be a business loan??
