Need to check on a couple of GFE items:

Block 3:
Are we required by the regulation to itemize who these fees are paid to or can we simply list, for example: appraisal fee, credit report fee, etc. with the fee amount?

Block 6:
If fees are listed in this section, we must provide a written list of providers. We are not required to provide a list of providers for those fees listed in Block 3?

Block 3 - on the GFE can show appraisal fee, etc. On the HUD you must identify who these fees were paid to.

Block 6 - see pages 32 and 34 of the FAQ. It's the difference between lender picking or allowing the borrower to pick that dictates the need for the service provider list.
