If we are creating a flyer for a development being built to house medical professionals and we are soliciting commercial loans/lines, do we need to include EHL?

If you contemplate taking liens on personal residences in support of guarantees or to allow larger loan-to-value advances, then it is required. The safest thing is to put it on everything.
