I give up. I'm trying to find the citation which states that new disclosures must be provided when converting a loan from a fixed rate to a variable rate. Am I dreaming? I can't find hide nor hair of it. The issue is converting a fixed rate mortgage to a variable rate mortgage through a modification agreement. I was thinking that Reg Z Disclosures must be provided.

Any help with this is appreciated.
