One of our Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) companies sent our bank some information for mandatory reporting of a Mortgage Insurance Loan Activity Report (MILAR), to them. It is based on some industry regulation, but they didn’t provide any regulatory information. They also mention a delinquent ADR report. I would like to understand more about these but cannot find out what law/regulation the requirements originate from. Does anyone have any information?
