For our fraud reports an AVM is included as part of the fraud review, but we don't use it to determine the value of the property or for a credit decision. Is it required to send a copy of the report to the borrower because the AVM is included in the report? We require an appraisal on all of our loans for the value determination, and we do disclose this and give the borrower a copy of the appraisal report.
