Are you allow to offer a Skip a Pay program on Closed ended loans. I did not think we were allowed, unless we disclosed all new disclosures.

It would be a subsequent event and new dislcosures would not normally be required and any fee charged would be based on State law. There are a number of pitfalls in such a program and you have to analyze all aspects, i.e. flood, negative amortization, etc. depending on how you handle it and on what loans you offer it.
