Most years the dollar amount for the HOEPA points and fees threshold has been released by now. It's possible I missed it in the deluge of releases, but I haven't been able to find anything.

If anybody knows the amount, if it's been released, whatever, I'd appreciate a point in the right direction.

If you are talking about the annual adjustment it is $611 for 2012

I have been looking to but do nto see it for 2013. Maybe DF upcoming changes affected this.

No, I haven't found anything. I've asked our compliance consultants and auditors, who tell me nothing has been released.

As previously stated, I have to think all these new proposals are the reason for the delay.
