I know that Hurricane Sandy relief in the form of waiving late payments and not reporting negatively to credit bureaus is/was the norm for most financial institutions in the wake of the storm. FNMA released a an announcement yesterday (LL-2013-2) extending the moratorium on eviction and foreclosure of properties located in the disaster areas, but made no mention of the waiving of the fees. Even though there is no guidance on extending waiving of late payments, etc. (we waived from Nov. through Jan.) is anyone else considering extending the waivers?
