With regard to HELOC transactions secured by real estate loans, would you happen to know where I can find the list of disclosures that are required? I know that the Equityline Application Disclosure is one of the disclosures that is most definitely required. I am currently going through the CFBP’s web site, but haven’t turned up anything so far. If you know of an alternate resource or link, I would appreciate your guidance.

The upfront disclosures are for the most part in Reg. Z, 1026.40, here:

I've found this matrix to be a pretty useful desk reference for what goes out when on all sorts of different transactions:

Thanks so much. The matrix was certainly a good resource tool. With regard to HELOCs, if they are secured by real estate, is a Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF) required? According to the Matrix it appears to be the case. It appears that you must provide this SFHDF before closing, regardless as to whether it is located in a flood zone. I am correct in my interpretation?
